After completing my training as a bank clerk, I developed a desire to explore my interest in art academically. So I studied art history at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. I particularly enjoyed focusing on the field of cultural management and the associated project work and mediation.

My name is Christoph and I’m part of the FourManagement team since October 2024. Even at a young age, I was fascinated by technology and the processes involved. This motivated me to complete my bachelor’s and master’s degree in mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Munich.

Alongside my studies, I was able to gain valuable practical experience as a research assistant. In this process, I developed several training programs that dealt with resilient supply chains and sustainability in production and logistics, among other things. These projects sharpened my understanding of the challenges and opportunities of modern supply chains and increased my interest in sustainable, future-orientated solutions.

My name is Claas and I have been with FourManagement since April 2023. For me personally, the word that best describes working in consulting is diversity. This applies not only to the activities, but especially to the people. My name is Corinna and I studied Technology Management in Stuttgart. I initially gained experience in plant engineering for conveyor technology and intralogistics before switching to consulting and the automotive industry in 2017.

As the son of a second-generation owner of a medium-sized car dealership, I was literally born into the automotive industry. From an early age, I saw how entrepreneurial spirit, technological innovation, and customer focus determine success in this industry. I’m Frederik and I work in the Energy division at FourManagement. Ever since my studies in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Electrical Power Engineering at RWTH Aachen University, I’ve been fascinated by the energy transition as one of the greatest socio-economic projects of our generation. My name is Fynn and I have been working for FourManagement since September 2022. Through my studies I am deeply involved with all levels of the energy industry… With a double degree from the Technical University of Ulm and Texas Tech University, I combine the technical requirements with the economic planning of an energy transition.

For me, energy transition and sustainability are two of the most important issues of our generation. That is why I am specialising in sustainable management in my part-time Master’s programme, and I look forward to contributing to a greener future every day.

With an impressive audit success rate of 100%, I have led numerous projects to success. Prior to this, I gained over 25 years of experience as a consultant in the field of process analysis and design in the automotive and mechanical engineering industries. During this time, I worked for large consulting firms on projects for well-known clients. I use this extensive experience to design ISMS processes and procedures efficiently and effectively.

My name is Lorenz and I have been part of the FourManagement team since May 2024. My master’s degree in business administration at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt as well as various stays abroad in America and Hungary showed me that I wanted to lay the foundation for my career in consulting. I’m Matthias and I joined the company in April 2024. After high school I studied physics at TU Munich and LMU and then I did my PhD in Physics in Innsbruck, working on quantum information theory.

My name is Paolo and I joined 4Management in 2024. Since my graduation as Dipl. Wirt. Since my graduation as Dipl. Wirt. I am Sandra Lendor and have been working as an assistant at FourManagement since July 1, 2019 After my banking training, I first supported the HR manager for five years in a large fashion company. After that, I worked as an executive assistant in a management consultancy for almost twelve years and now support FourManagement with my know-how and all my energy.

At 4M, I am an expert for everything that needs to get done. I take care of the office flow, organize internal and external events, and keep the consultants’ backs free so they can put all their energy into the work with the client.

I am Tanja and I support FourManagement since July 1, 2018 as an assistant as well as in the area of financial accounting. My path has taken me through various areas of responsibility, both on the agency and company side, and finally led me to FourManagement in 2022. In order to expand my knowledge as well as my qualifications, I successfully completed a four-year part-time evening course of study to become a “state-certified business economist” — with a focus on business administration.

At 4M, I am an expert in everything that has to do with marketing and communication.
I primarily take care of the company’s financial accounting. The rest of the time I organize “everything that comes up in a company”. We are also known as the “girl for everything”.

Since completing my master’s degree in automotive management with Prof. Stefan Bratzel, I can look back on over 10 years of professional experience in the automotive industry — both an OEM and with suppliers and in the mechanical engineering industry.

I am passionate about actively shaping change in the automotive industry. It is important to me to develop innovative approaches and successfully transfer existing structures into the new age of mobility.

My enthusiasm for teamwork, entrepreneurship and technology drives me and motivates me to shape the future of mobility together with others.

I have been working in the automotive industry as a project manager for more than 25 years. Due to the criticality of my projects, the topic of information security and data protection has always accompanied me as a focal point. And since the automotive sector has been undergoing massive change with many technological innovations for several years, the topic of information security is becoming more and more important.

That’s why I specialized in the topic of information security a few years ago and since 2020 I have been successfully advising companies on the introduction of information security according to TISAX® bzw. ISO 27001 and accompany them until the final certification. Since I myself work as a lead auditor for various certification companies, I know exactly what is required for successful certification.

At 4M, I am an expert in all issues that deal with information security, especially in the automotive sector.

My interest for technology began in my childhood when curiosity drove me to dismantle things in order to understand how they worked. This childhood fascination evolved over time from a pure enthusiasm for technology to a broader passion that encompassed not only technology but also human interactions.

Since 2021, I have been combining my knowledge as a software engineer and psychologist in business consulting. Here, I build bridges between IT and organizational structure, taking responsibility for technology projects in highly political environments characterized by a multitude of complex stakeholder interactions.

My responsibilities extend beyond IT project management. I also provide advisory services in employee development, executive training, and cultural development.

For almost 20 years, my professional experience has focused on technical IT, IT project management and, from 2015, as head of the IT department of a medium-sized company in the automotive sector, then also as CISO and shareholder. The basis was graduating in computer science a long time ago and engineering for research with focus on automotive AD/ADAS.

Information and IT security was always important to me, not just professionally. In the SMB, we built an ISMS according to ISO 27001 and TISAX from scratch and got it successfully certified. Now I’m keen on using the experience to help other companies do the same.

My industries are automotive, their suppliers, software service companies and government agencies.

Since my high school graduation, I have been fascinated by the strategic issues of utilities. With a dual bachelor’s degree in business administration at an energy consulting company in Allgäu, Germany, I was able to build on this interest. During several internships, I was able to deepen and broaden the knowledge I had acquired during my bachelor’s degree. In this context, I was particularly interested in the topics that are related to management consulting.

I liked two things in particular: the constant contact with people and working as part of a team, and the great variety of the profession through the wide range of projects. It quickly became clear to me that I could not let go of management consulting.

During my Master’s degree, which focused on Strategic Management and Consulting, I particularly enjoyed the topics of M&A and Change Management. I am looking forward to applying the skills I have already acquired at FourManagement and, above all, to further developing them.

I am Zita and I have been working for FourManagment since August 2023. After completing my Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, I gained my first professional experience in a start-up and innovation platform as well as a global NGO, especially in the areas of project management and strategy.

Subsequently, I decided to pursue a Master’s degree in International Management and a Master’s degree in Human Resources & Business Organization.
