Senior Consultant

The next career level at FourManagement is that of Senior Consultant, which you choose as a direct entry Line Manager or Consultant with project management experience. Your main tasks will be to manage projects and to support the development of client relationships.

Partner

As a partner, the focus of the tasks is, among other things, the full support and securing of existing client relationships. The goal of a partner is to drive business field and company development.

Principal

In addition to project management and control, the Principal is responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships, and supporting staff and business development. The goal of every Principal should and can be to advance to the partnership of FourManagement.

Senior Expert

As a Senior Expert, the tasks focus on project management and control, as well as on supporting and securing existing client relationships. The Senior Expert is an absolute subject matter expert who is responsible for establishing, expanding and further developing the company’s expertise in the focus areas.

Consultant

After 1 to 2 successful years at FourManagement, as an expert from the industry or as a consultant with first professional experience in other companies, you fulfill the requirements of a consultant. In addition to carrying out project work, you will assume responsibility for individual sub-projects or project modules at this level. You will also support the project management in expanding customer relationships and developing methods.

Junior Consultant

With fresh academic knowledge, you will start as a Junior Consultant. In the project team, your tasks will primarily lie in conducting analyses and interviews as well as assisting with the preparation and follow-up of workshops or similar appointments.

As an early career professional with an engineering background, I first looked into the possibility of working in the consulting industry during my job search. Before that, I applied for various scientific and technical jobs, according to my qualifications. After my commercial training, the subsequent operational activity in the industry and the subsequent business studies, I was looking for the next professional challenge. Especially due to the numerous project works during my master studies, I felt the desire to work on a project basis later on, without having to limit myself to one function in a company.
